I am a full spectrum community doula: Abortion, miscarriage, labor/birth, & postpartum. My calling is to provide support to birthing women and aid them in trusting their own intuition. To give birth means to, in that moment revert back to our most primal self. In those moments a doula is there not only to hold your hand, and massage your back but to encourage you to move through that fear. The way that a birthing person remembers their birth deeply matters and it is my mission as a doula to inform you, and make sure that your choices and concerns are indeed YOUR OWN because no one knows you or your body better than self. Birth work is indeed justice work and empowering births breed healthy mothers, children, and communities.
